"I know my rights!" - Yeah, but you don't know that you shouldn't piss on a lawnmower while talking to a policeman. That's actually rule number 1 on my big list of personal rules, right before "Don't look Britney Spears in the eye".
i'm not sure of the wisdom in yelling at a drunk pissing from his lawn-mower, "i'm going to spray you" He's lucky the drunk didn't return the favor, intentionally or unintentionally.
