Why is Britney driving like this?
a.) driving safely isn't enough of a challenge (hardly)
b.) she's trying to avoid being noticed by photographers (like that wouldn't get your attention)
c.) bad hair day
d.) She wants her 3 hours of jail time for driving while impaired (ala Paris, Lindsey, Nicole) but has so far alluded police while driving drunk.
This woman simply should not be allowed to operate moving equipment.

Maybe she's getting ready for a humanitarian mission to Iraq and is trying to be more respectful than Ms. See-through Shirt Angelina?
i actually considered the burka angle, probably give her slightly more visibility and free her hands up to eat cheetos and drink margaritas while she's driving.
one other possibility - she fired the person that gets her dressed in the morning.

i don't eat much for chips. but my fries - yes to salt.
