instead of electrocuting the kid, hell, why not just call in SWAT to take him out. Little shit was probably out campaigning for Pat Robertson or something.

I hope you're right. It would actually be a relief to find out the kid was raving on PCP or something.
I've watched too many episodes of COPS with overzealous officers.
